The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a confident and friendly Receptionist & Administration Officer to join our Corporate Office in Yatala. If you're highly organised, have a passion for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment—this could be the role for you!
This position would suit someone with solid administration experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously from day one. We may consider school working hours for the right candidate who demonstrates strong capability and experience.
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
Managing calls and general enquiries with professionalism and care
Handling incoming/outgoing mail and coordinating couriers
Booking and preparing meeting rooms, maintaining tidy shared spaces
Assisting with travel bookings and corporate credit card reconciliation
Supporting marketing and general admin tasks (mail-outs, promotional events)
Maintaining up-to-date staff records (phone lists, birthday lists, uniform lists)
Ordering and monitoring office supplies and amenities
Assisting with uniform orders, event coordination (e.g. staff birthdays, pizza days!)
Providing relief support to the Executive Assistant when needed
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in reception and administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong eye for detail and the ability to multitask
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A self-starter with a high level of initiative
A team player who brings positive energy and reliability
Professional presentation and a passion for customer service
Bonus points if you have experience in the hospitality or catering products industry!
