Maintaining the integrity of seed inventory data and physical stock across both onsite and third‑party warehouses, ensuring product availability aligns with operational needs and seasonal demand.
Oversee transport logistics to facilitate the timely and cost-effective movement of seed products throughout Australia, supporting supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction. Participating in warehouse operations and in‑house quality testing, contributing to product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal standards, requiring attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
How You'll Help Us Grow
* Maintain accurate inventory records for seed products across onsite and third‑party warehouses.
* Conduct regular stock counts to ensure minimal stock losses.
* Perform regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
* Liaise and work with on‑site warehouse person for physical warehouse operations including packing, unpacking, and pallet handling.
* Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (training provided if license not held).
* Monitor and manage the use, return, and reconciliation of CHEP pallets across all warehouse and transport activities.
* Plan and coordinate the movement of seed products across Australia.
* Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
* Work in with Customer Service team to monitor and resolve any logistics issues to minimise delays and disruptions.
* Conduct in‑house quality testing of seed products in accordance with established protocols.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy in testing procedures, maintaining high attention to detail.
* Support broader supply chain & sales team operations through proactive collaboration and hands‑on assistance.
* Ensure all quality data is accurately recorded and verified prior to the transfer of seed from any warehouse location.
* Confirm that seed meets Nuseed's QA standards through appropriate documentation and testing before release for distribution.
