Job Description
This role involves working in a state-of-the-art ICU facility with access to advanced technology and equipment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in critical care nursing.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to promote a culture of safety and excellence within the unit
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
* Excellent organization and time management skills
