About The Role
* Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope of practice
* Consider physical, social and psychological requirements for optimal outcomes
* Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs and priorities
* Evaluate clinical quality compliance standards and make recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team
You will spend most of your time on the road, conducting scheduled community visits to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
* Full registration as a nurse with AHPRA and unlimited work entitlements
* General nursing experience post-registration, with a strong focus on community health
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
* A current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
