With a revised focus on income generation and member acquisition for 2025 (and beyond), our **Business Development and Commercial Partnerships role has been reimagined** and is now your chance to drive growth and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you'll focus on increasing participation and revenue across our key activities—including conference sponsorships, delegate engagement, newsletter and directory advertising, and membership growth. With the support of our leadership team, you'll also identify and cultivate new commercial relationships to further strengthen CPAQ's position as the trusted partner of caravan parks across Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Business Development**
- Identify and engage potential members through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Manage relationships with industry suppliers to maximise retention.
- Increase participation in revenue-generating activities like sponsorships and advertising.
- Support sponsors to ensure value delivery and high satisfaction rates.
**2. Commercial Partnerships**
- Evaluate and coordinate strategic partnerships.
- Monitor partnership deliverables and report on performance.
- Assist in negotiating and managing agreements to ensure alignment with CPAQ's goals.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
**3. Administrative and Operational Support**
- Provide progress updates and detailed reports.
- Maintain CRM data and track budgets.
- Represent CPAQ at industry events to build brand visibility.
**4. Brand and Value Proposition Development**
- Communicate CPAQ's value proposition clearly to stakeholders.
- Develop materials and campaigns supporting growth initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with CPAQ's brand and strategic objectives
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Essential Skills**
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.
