This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well and learning.

The child is at the centre of everything we do and the way we do it.

Duties

Lead the development and implementation of professional practice training programs for staff of Child Safety and the Strong Families Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line

Period of Appointment

ASAP for 12 months.

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
* University acquired degree or diploma in a humanities field.

Desirable Requirements

* Qualifications and experience in adult professional learning
