Role Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides person-centered care in collaboration with individuals and a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based nursing practices. The role includes supervising and supporting less experienced staff to ensure quality care.
Selection Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Knowledge of nursing care in a multidisciplinary context
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
* Leadership abilities, including supervising and delegating
* Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
Additional Requirements
This is a Category 'A' position requiring compliance with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015, including proof of influenza vaccination for those entering Residential Aged Care Facilities.
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia, either as Citizens, Permanent Residents, or with an appropriate visa.
