Cloud Solutions Specialist, Technology Consulting
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our technology consulting team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects with autonomy and discretion. You will work closely with customers and partners to deliver proof-of-concept projects, workshops, and architecture assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cloud native technology initiatives and architect scalable, highly available solutions that leverage cloud services.
* Design and develop customer applications to optimize performance and scalability.
* Work as a technical leader alongside customer business and development teams.
* Provide deep software development knowledge and expertise in design patterns and programming languages.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect or senior developer, with at least 1+ year experience with Amazon Connect (preferred), Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
* Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
* Experience with cloud computing technologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
* Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and data governance principles.
