We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

About the role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
* Lead and implement a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
* Guide and mentor educators within your room
* Create calm, engaging environments that reflect children’s interests and learning
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Contribute to a culture of reflection, growth, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential
* Graduate Diploma qualifications will not be considered for this position
* Proven experience working as an ECT in a long day care setting
* Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and National Regulations
* Confidence in leading curriculum, documentation, and team practice
* A genuine passion for children’s learning, safety, and wellbeing
