- Handle high volume inbound calls within a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Accurately process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
- Manage daily tasks effectively, adhering to company processes and compliance guidelines.
- Solid telephone etiquette and administrative skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy team setting.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
