Position Overview
As a Customer Service Officer at MotorOne Autobody, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing vehicle pick-up and drop-off processes. You will serve as the first point of contact in our reception area, handling various administrative and customer service tasks.
Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with general administrative duties. You will also be responsible for following up with customers in a professional manner and supporting the site manager as needed.
