What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing customer membership data, cancellations, and enquiries
- Overseeing inventory, daily stock, and confirmation distribution across third-party warehouses
- Coordinating freight logistics and managing third-party invoice approvals
- Ensuring clients have approved POS materials and updated product information on websites
- Communicating monthly with business partners, providing reports, and handling enquiries
- Overseeing pricing control and product implementation
- Driving continuous process improvements and supporting general administration tasks
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and warehouse personnel
