The Club

The National is a world class, private golf club, providing unique member experiences on four golf courses across two sites at Cape Schanck and Long Island.

In addition to having access to four world class golf courses, all ranked within Australia's top 50, our members enjoy state-of-the‐art facilities and service. We are proud of the fact that we provide our members and guests with the latest and greatest styles whilst delivering world class retail experience.

The Role

The National Golf Club is looking to engage full time kitchen hand to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings as well as weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes and utensils, either by hand or using an industrial dishwasher
• Cleaning and restocking food preparation areas, equipment, appliances, and storage
• Retrieving, lifting, handling, and storing food deliveries
• Retrieving food items as requested by chefs or cooks

About You

The successful candidate will have the following skills and background:

• Experience in high volume kitchens
• Able to work well under pressure
• Working rights in Australia

The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, display initiative, and act with professionalism at all times.
