This is a fully remote, self-managed role where you’ll be out on the road and working from home, no two days are the same and you are in charge of planning your workload.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) for a variety of commercial, retail, and residential clients
- Inspecting and signing off fire safety equipment, including:
- Building robust relationships with clients, including strata managers, restaurant and café owners, pub operators, retail stores, office managers, and other commercial clients
- Ensuring all inspections meet compliance and safety standards, and maintaining clear records

- Highly self-motivated - you need to be able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Organised and reliable - you’ll be managing your own schedule, so good time management and common sense are key
- Strong communicator - you’ll interact directly with a variety of clients, so clear, professional communication is important
- Practical and hands-on — while full training is provided, you’ll need to feel comfortable inspecting and handling safety equipment
