About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Clinic Administration Assistant to join our award-winning multidisciplinary allied health team delivering services across the Northern Territory.
This full-time role (8am starts, 1-hour lunch breaks, 5 weeks annual leave, and 1 RDO per month) offers variety and purpose — supporting therapists and helping our clinic run smoothly while contributing to meaningful work in our community.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reception and general administrative duties
* Outlook calendar management for all therapists
* Processing Medicare claims and payments
* Results management and data input
* Administering health questionnaires and intake paperwork
* Processing referrals and liaising with key stakeholders
* Supporting clinicians during home visits and remote travel (as required)

About You
We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service, confident using computers, and looking to grow with us long-term in this role.
You will be well organised, with strong administration and customer service skills, and demonstrate:
* Ability to work independently and autonomously
* Initiative and problem-solving skills
* An eye for detail
* Excellent interpersonal communication
Essential requirements:
* Previous experience in reception/admin roles and customer service
* Experienced with Outlook Calendar
* Proficient with typing
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
* Current OCHRE card
* Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screener Check
