Monadelphous is seeking a HSE Administrator to join our clients offshore turnaround, commencing in mid-2026.

* Short term project (execution will run for approximately 65 days)

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing health, safety and environmental support to our Energy division
* Developing campaign material to promote HSE awareness
* Ongoing HSE systems review, development and implementation including the identification and integration of lessons learned and best practice.
* HSE Systems reporting, analysis, audits, investigations and projects
* Preparation and facilitation of Toolbox material, HSE presentations and workshops
* Assist HSE Incident investigations (TapRoot qualifications desirable)
* Implementing HSE improvement projects in collaboration with our operating Divisions
* Monitoring and communicating changes in health, safety and environmental legislation
What you'll bring:
* Degree in HSE or a related field + Diploma or certificate qualifications in Training & Assessment, or a related field is highly desirable
* Experience in a similar role within construction and/or resource industry experience is advantageous
* Flexibility for short-term site travel from time to time
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and show initiative with a strong work ethic
