Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
* Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment by maintaining a professional demeanor and being attentive to customer needs.
* Greet customers upon arrival and provide clear communication regarding the status of their repairs or inquiries.
* Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service.
* Manage communication via phone and email to respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.) to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless operations.
* Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates to facilitate smooth communication and resolution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
