Key Role in Airline Ground Operations
This role is integral to the efficient and safe movement of aircraft on the ground. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering catering services to airline crews, ensuring that departures are smooth and timely.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, performing regular checks on equipment and fuel levels.
* Load and unload cargo from trucks to aircraft using specialized equipment.
* Position trucks according to company, airport, and airline policies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Coordinate with cabin crew to deliver services and hand over aircraft to airlines.
* Complete administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting, as required.
Requirements
* Hold a minimum MR Truck licence (HR preferred).
* Be able to perform manual handling tasks frequently.
* Work flexible shifts across a 7-day roster.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Obtain a National Police Check due to working in the Aviation Services industry.
