Based out of our Ellenborough Street HUB, we’re deeply connected to the local area and run regular activities and community events.We’re currently seeking compassionate, flexible, and reliable support workers who know how to get the job done and genuinely care about the people they support.What You’ll Do:Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, continence care, and mealtime supportAssist with household tasks and daily routinesOffer social and emotional supportPromote independence in the home and communityTransport participants to appointments, activities, and eventsDeliver therapy supports as guided by allied health professionalsContribute to regular review and updates of support plansWhat We’re Looking For:NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue CardCurrent Police CheckOpen Driver’s Licence & own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insuranceValid First Aid and CPRSolid availability, especially across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleepoversPrevious experience in a similar roleCertificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or relevant studiesExperience supporting people with autism, physical disabilities or mental health conditionsExperience in person-centred active support environmentsThis is a casual position with varied shift availability across a 24/7 roster. While we can't guarantee fixed hours, we do our best to match you with the right participants to support consistent weekly shifts.
