You will be comfortable operating in a lean team and enjoy being close to the business, taking ownership of matters and contributing beyond your immediate remit. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, works well in a dynamic environment and is keen to play a meaningful role in a growing organisation. Your key attributes will include: A hands-on, collaborative style and the ability to work across a broad range of commercial legal matters Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment, with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial outcomes Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting advice in a clear and accessible way An approachable, down-to-earth style, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance A proactive mindset, curiosity and a genuine interest in being part of a growing business Comfort operating in a business where priorities can shift and at ease contributing across multiple areas within the broader legal function. This role will suit an individual who is undaunted by a fast-paced, often changing and rapidly evolving business where they will wear multiple hats within the legal function.
