Position Overview
The Disability Support Worker will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, community participation, and personal development in accordance with their individual support plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
* Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks as required.
* Support clients to participate in community, social, and recreational activities.
* Provide transport assistance to appointments and community engagements.
* Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation in line with organisational policies.

* Demonstrated experience in providing support to people with disability.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
* Commitment to professional conduct, confidentiality, and respect for individual rights.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification (desirable).
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
