Personal Assistant to Director
Building & Construction Company
We are a growing building company seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Director. This is a key role for someone who enjoys responsibility, works well under pressure, and can manage both business and occasional personal tasks with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full diary and calendar management for the Director
* Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Assisting with project administration and follow-ups
* Managing confidential information with professionalism
* Ad-hoc administrative and personal support as required
About You:
* Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Experience in construction or property is an advantage but not essential
