We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fitness professional to deliver our group fitness programs to clients of all ages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing towards improving our programs, attracting and retaining new participants, and assisting with the development of junior staff.
\
Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice, as well as industry accreditation and instructional experience.

Requirements

\
1. Hold a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice.
\
2. Holds industry accreditation, preferably with AUDactive.
\
3. Instructional experience in the relevant area of practice.
\
4. Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs.
\
5. Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
\
6. Working With Children Check (Blue Card) required.
