We are currently seeking an experienced Admin and Customer service professional for a 12-month contract for a federal government department based in Rockingham.
**About the role**:
- Reception cover
- Dealing with phone-based queries and booking appointments
- General administration duties including data entry, diary management, file and document management
- Assisting with event organisation
- Invoice processing
- Travel coordination
- Quality record-keeping and documentation/data integrity
**About you**:
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in a customer service, reception or reception would be preferable
- Exposure to sensitive information in previous roles advantageous
- Can adapt to a diverse spread of enquiries
- Sound understanding of strict policies and procedures
- Have the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Ability to work well in a team
- Work in and adapt to a changing environment
- Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills
- Commitment to holistic customer service
