Responsibilities
Hands-on installation of playgrounds, shade structures, sports courts, landscaping and more
Mix of carpentry, concreting, earthworks, and machine operation
Varied projects in Darwin and remote NT locations
Must be willing to travel to remote NT locations for extended periods as this is an essential requirement of the role
Work outdoors in the unique NT climate
Follow plans, maintain safety and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements
Positive attitude, willingness to learn
Reliable, committed to quality work
Comfortable with outdoor work in Top End conditions
Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) (essential)
Working With Children Ochre Card (desirable)
Machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.) a bonus
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in construction or trades work
Must have legal right to work in Australia (valid work visa acceptable)
Salary & Benefits
$35-$45/hour (experience-dependent)
Overtime, travel, and remote work allowances
