About the Role
We're on the lookout for an energetic and driven Store Manager to join our Merrell Castle Hill team. In this leadership role, you'll work closely with your Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach, mentor, and motivate a team of passionate casuals, driving a positive store culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
As Store Manager, you'll:
* Lead day-to-day operations to drive store performance across KPIs, sales, stock, wages, and shrinkage.
* Inspire and coach your team to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly – celebrating wins and identifying areas for growth.
* Manage rosters and wages in line with budget and company standards.
* Ensure high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Maintain a strong focus on OH&S compliance and team wellbeing.
* Develop team talent through training, mentoring, and succession planning.
Skills and Experience
* 1+ years Store Management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
* A 'Make it Happen' attitude with a passion for retail and team success.
* Proven experience in driving KPIs, sales results, and managing store operations.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify missed opportunities.
* Strong skills in visual merchandising, stock control, and wage management.
* A passion for developing others and building a strong, engaged store culture.
