As a Junior Account Manager at UHG, you will be part of the collaborative Legal Team who genuinely enjoys working together with a cross-functional team of Operational staff for the purpose of building and maintaining a strong customer base with a leading company. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to maintain deep, sustainable relationships with our smaller law firms, to protect existing revenue and increase net new revenue. These goals will be achieved through a relationship-based account management strategy and understanding of client needs and goals.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Account manage our smaller law firms
- Represent at conferences and events (nationally)
- Support the Head of Customer - Legal with ad hoc administration tasks
**Qualifications**:
**What You Should Have**
- 1+ yrs. experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal working in Personal Injury
- Computer literate especially with the Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to all stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
- A strong team player with ability to work autonomously
- Self Motivated
