Job Overview
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives to power business growth across the ANZ region.
* This involves leading cross-functional teams in planning, organizing and executing plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a marketing thought leader, developing and driving the strategy for multiple product platforms.
2. Provide strategic input in the achievement of annual revenue and gross profit targets for ANZ, controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
3. Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that shape the market and identify ideas with strong strategic value.
4. Create primary and secondary defensive strategies, demonstrate proficiency in creating pricing and branding strategies, and execute digital strategies.
5. Lead the development, implementation and execution of commercial and product marketing strategies and plans to achieve business unit objectives, including market analysis, assessment, segmentation, targeting, demand forecasting, product launches, pricing strategies, demand generation campaigns and sales tools.
6. Work closely with Sales, Clinical and other leaders to identify key trends and critical concepts and translate them into the marketing strategy for the business.
7. Establish credibility throughout the organisation and with external stakeholders as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
8. Guide the marketing team through successful product launches and manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing. Experience creating and executing growth plans is essential. Strong business acumen and results orientation.
