Responsibilities
* Production of various breads, sweet, and sour products as per franchise requirements.
* Calculate and measure ingredients for different dough types; mix, scale, and shape bakery items according to the list.
* Refer to daily production schedules and order books, update records as necessary.
* Maintain adherence to cleaning routines and schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Follow instructions from senior bakers, front staff managers, business owners, and franchise members.
