Your New Role: Within this role, you will work alongside a talented team and reporting directly to the Project Director, while gaining the opportunity to lead projects, from end to end, across the full project cycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard. Within this role, some of your responsibilities may include: Project Planning: Developing and executing project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, in consultation with the client and other stakeholders. Project Coordination: Coordinating all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. Budget Management: Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that costs are within budget constraints. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including managing project changes and issues that arise during construction. Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and is compliant with all relevant regulations and codes. Communication: Maintaining regular communication with the client, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that arise. Contract Administration: Administering contracts and ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations. Team Management: Managing project teams, including consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that they deliver quality work on time and within budget. Job Requirements: Ideally you will be an experienced Project Manager with between 8 - 15 years’ experience within the Construction & Property Industry, where you have developed a strong reputation and successful track record within project and service delivery. Proven experience within team management and team mentorship. Business Development ability and a solid network of potential clients would be advantageous.
