About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Accounting team.This role suits someone who thrives in a professional services environment, enjoys working closely with advisers, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.
Minimum availability for this role is 3 days per week (0.6 FTE).
Client Support & Administration
* Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Prepare client correspondence, forms and supporting documentation
* Maintain accurate client records across management systems
* Update databases and provide general administrative support
Compliance & Team Support
* Manage administrative aspects of SMSFs and compliance documentation
* Maintain corporate secretarial and statutory records
* Respond to ATO notices and liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients
* Support the formation of new entities
* Assist with workflow management to ensure timely delivery of client work
* Provide general administrative and office support to the accounting team
* Reception cover as required
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
* Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
* Experience with Now Infinity, Salesforce, Practice Ignition, Xero and SMSF platforms is highly regarded but not essential.
* Candidates with strong administrative experience are suitable for this role, with formal accounting or finance experience being advantageous but not essential
