Our group consists of a range of different brands which cater to different markets, including Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, Evo Homes, First Place, Soho Living, and Marque, to name a few.

Sherridon Homes is a leader in building residential homes across Victoria, and we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team in Bendigo.

This role plays a crucial part in taking care of our customers from sales acceptance through to handing over the keys to their new home.


The Role

* Deliver an exceptional customer journey experience for homebuyers.
* Work within a close-knit and supportive team.
* Establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
* Utilize technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and AHB Group software to provide a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate data entry aligned with the Customer Journey and AHB Group policies and procedures.
* Support the Construction team to achieve high standards for our customers.


About You

* High emphasis on Customer Service.
* Caring and empathetic when dealing with clients and colleagues.
* Well-developed communication skills.
* High level of personal presentation.
* Driven with a "Can Do" attitude.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Enjoy the excitement of working in a rapidly expanding business.


Qualifications And Experience

* Qualifications in the building industry are highly regarded.
* Highly developed computer literacy skills.
* Able to prioritize and handle a large workload.
* Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
