TEAM MANAGER – PERSONAL INJURY – PERTH, WA
About the role
Lead a team of individuals including those roles at the top level of the Case Manager Framework.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve appropriate outcomes as required within the business, ensuring adherence to relevant legislative requirements.
Ensure customer expectations and business objectives are met by maximising team performance through effective management, coordination of duties, maintenance of standards and continuous improvement of business process.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the insured, legal providers and brokers.
Participate in regular claims reviews while encouraging a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach being applied to claims considerations.
Ensure compliance with Workers Compensation Injury Management Act 2023, including principle and standards as set out by the regulator.
About you
Experience in empowering people to realise their highest potential by recognising and developing individual and team performance, and building talent pipelines for future needs.
Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
Ability to manage client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope.
Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
