Working closely with clients to gain a full & comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position. Conducting business development activities for new clients and also existing clients. Conducting shortlisting & interviewing of potential candidates. Planning, creating & releasing job adverts, descriptions & announcements to source candidates through various job boards, social networks & platforms. What you will need to succeed in the role Relevant employment experience and/or sales experience will be highly regarded.
