About the role We are currently entering the next phase of our growth strategy here at Framework Group & we are looking at new ventures, markets and challenges for us to tackle in the healthcare sector and as such are looking for a Senior Consultant/Recruitment Consultant to join us and be responsible for: Managing the full recruiting lifecycle & helping clients find, hire & retain quality talent. Working closely with clients to gain a full & comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position. Conducting business development activities for new clients and also existing clients. Conducting shortlisting & interviewing of potential candidates. Planning, creating & releasing job adverts, descriptions & announcements to source candidates through various job boards, social networks & platforms. What you will need to succeed in the role Relevant employment experience and/or sales experience will be highly regarded. A proactive & positive approach to relationship building with clients & candidates. An engaging & honest approach. Determined to work hard & be rewarded for your efforts. Motivated to accomplish & reach goals. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
