The Role
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to drive results and build a high-performing team. You will:
- Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to KPIs and outcomes
- Drive revenue growth with structured, proven sales frameworks
- Build consistency and efficiency across the entire sales cycle
- Accurately report on pipeline, conversion, and performance
- Partner with management to align sales with business growth targets
- Play a key role in our international expansion strategy
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' sales experience, including 2+ years leading a team
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong organisational skills and discipline in process execution
- Confidence in managing performance and lifting underperformers
- Commercial acumen with a focus on results
- Passion for sport or travel (a bonus, but not essential)
