As a Customer Relation Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our valued Mercedes Benz customers. This position reports to the Business Development Manager and offers a competitive salary along with quarterly bonuses for meeting key performance indicators.
You will interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including:
- Potential buyers and existing vehicle owners
- Sales, service, finance, marketing and administration department staff
- Senior management team
- Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific

- CSI performance monitoring
- Database management
- Mercedes me Connect program management
