Main responsibilities include:
1. Promoting and adhering to our health, safety, environmental and community policies and procedures
2. Leading our participatory ergonomics program—conducting ergonomic assessments, identifying effective controls, and documenting outcomes
3. Supporting occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments
4. Contributing to the development and enhancement of job demands analyses
5. Delivering engaging presentations to employees across the site
