The role As Principal HR Advisor, you will provide trusted, strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and teams across RV. You will work closely with managers to build capability, navigate complex employee relations matters, and embed contemporary people practices that align with RV's values and strategic priorities. This position provides comprehensive end-to-end generalist P&C services across RV. * Full Time, Fixed term opportunity within a collaborative and values-led team. About You * You are a confident and customer-focused HR professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment * You will have a proven history on delivering contemporary, best-practice employee relations advice across operational and strategic matters * You are accustomed to partnering with leaders to strengthen performance, capability and culture. You will have: * A qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent * Proven experience in a similar principal advisor or senior generalist role * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and contemporary people practices * A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
