The Project Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a prestigious project.

This position involves assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project, engaging with site leaders, the business, and other key stakeholders to achieve project and business goals. You will coordinate all administrative aspects of the project.


Responsibilities:

* Purchase order and invoice processing
* Daily activity sheets and timesheets
* Records management and filing
* Correspondence management
* Data entry (e.g., Excel)
* Stock and inventory control
* General administration duties


Requirements:

* 3-5 years' administrative experience
* Construction industry experience (desired)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail
* Teamwork and communication skills
* Time management and organization skills
* Driver's license and Construction Card (blue or white)
