Administration Assistant - Marketing and Communications

Permanent, Full-time Opportunity
Provide key administrative support to our Marketing & Communications team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective project delivery.
Within this position, you will:
- Provide general administrative and business support, including database management and information collation.
- Assist with coordinating events and supporting marketing and communications projects.
- Manage daily correspondence, meetings, travel, and financial processes.
- Offer first-level support for departmental queries and help resolve minor issues.
About You:
You're organised, detail-oriented, and punctual, with a practical mindset and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. You enjoy engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and team members, and bring a proactive approach to everything you do. You have the confidence to manage print runs and coordinate deliveries via courier and to assist in managing budget spreadsheets, credit card accounting and processing of invoices.
You have an interest in learning about marketing and communications and a willingness to participate in projects and event days.
Ideally you will have:
- A traineeship, Diploma of Business, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A current driver's licence.
- Solid experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Customer service experience is desirable.
