SCE is a leading construction materials manufacturer and supplier, providing innovative material solutions to the mining and construction industries across NSW.
Due to continued growth and increased workload, we are seeking experienced and motivated Truck & Dog Drivers to join our team at our Newcastle or Hebden operations. This role support both sales and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Operation of truck & dog combinations and/or mobile plant
* Safe and compliant transport of quarry and construction materials
* Daily vehicle inspections and completion of required compliance documentation
* Maintaining high standards of presentation for vehicles and yourself
* Support of quarry, recycling, and production operations
* Providing professional customer service to internal and external clients
* Adherence to all fatigue management, chain of responsibility, and WHS requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Minimum 12 months Truck & Dog driving experience
* Current HC licence preferred
(HR licence holders considered, with upgrade to HC available for suitable candidates)
* Current RMS driving record
* Checkable employment references
* Sound understanding of fatigue management and heavy vehicle compliance
* Experience using electronic monitoring systems
* Mechanical awareness and ability to identify defects
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance
* Clean and professional presentation
* Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility to manage competing operational demands
Desirable (Not Essential)
* BFM accreditation
* Experience operating in quarry, mining, or construction environments
* Front-End Loader experience
