Geotechnical Professional Wanted for Mine Subsidence Role
Seeking a skilled geotechnical professional to join our team in a critical mine subsidence role.
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop predictive models to mitigate ground movement impacts.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on ground movement and associated infrastructure impacts.
* Provide technical advice on remediation, prevention, and mitigation measures.
* Collaborate with developers, engineers, regulators, and community stakeholders.
* Prepare expert technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to mine subsidence legislation, industry standards, and safety frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Geotechnical, Mining or Civil Engineering.
* Significant experience in mine subsidence engineering, remediation / mine filling design, and geotechnical assessment.
* Proven track record in subsidence modelling and interpretation, structural impact assessment, and monitoring techniques.
* Excellent technical reporting and communication skills.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent registration desirable.
