Description
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including reconciliations.
* Collaborate with various departments to manage financial data effectively.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
* Assist in the preparation of audit materials and liaise with external auditors.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
* Experience in the not-for-profit industry is highly regarded.
Job Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 - $55.00 plus Super.
