Responsibilities
* Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
* Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
* Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
* Tracking of project expenditure against budget
* Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
Your background / qualifications
* Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder
* Main Contractor experience is a must
* Social Infrastructure experience is favorable
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
* Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
