Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Adelaide, SA. Some work from home is acceptable. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Day-to-day tasks include planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines, managing the logistics of material and equipment supplies, and performing inspections to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects
- Logistics Management and Expeditor skills
- Expediting and Inspection skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
- Bachelor/'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
