What's the role?
We are seeking experienced Production Technicians to join the well-established Qube team at the Utah Point Bulk Handling Facility. These will be casual positions and suitable for locally-based applicants.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Valid tickets/licencing for various heavy machinery – or ability to obtain
* Ability to assist with the cargo in-load & out-load
* A strong history of safe work practices
* Ability to perform stockpile management and general clean up duties at the Handling Facility
* Ability to operate & refuel heavy equipment & machinery
* Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Have an ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment
* Have a positive attitude
It is preferable, but not essential, to have or have experience with the following:
*We will provide training if you do not have any prior training or experience.
* Prior experience in high-risk operating environments
* Prior experience in regulated working environments
* An understanding of the operational capabilities of machinery
* Experience operating WA500/WA900 Komatsu Front End Loaders
* Experience operating Watercarts, Service Trucks, Vac Trucks and Sweeper Trucks
* Prior Ship Loader, Control Room & Sample Station operating experience
* Any relevant tickets/licencing
