- Will consider multiple backgrounds (Junior PM, Senior BA, Deliver Manager etc) who have at least 1+ years of full lifecycle delivery experience in a software environment and have dealt with customers directly
In this role, you will manage customer platform implementations within the region through a combination of both hands-on delivery management and delegation to delivery team members. Contribute to the practices used in all delivery. Takes commercial ownership of the financial outcomes of projects for which they are responsible.
**The role includes the following responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all customer platform implementations within the region
- Responsible for working with the Delivery Practice Manager to help define the approach for project delivery including;
- Methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques
- Risk and issue management, change management and reporting
- Adherence to the Information Security Management System across all delivery activities.
- Management of customer relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Timely escalation of risks and issues to the Head of Delivery as required
- Complying with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality, and information security
**The role requires the following skills and experience**:
- Experience with technology (insurance industry highly desirable)
- Experience in the successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of large and complex technology projects
- Problem-solving in an ambiguous environment

- Experience working in a software development environment across the full SDLC
