In this dynamic role, you'll manage phone calls and patient bookings with ease, ensure smooth document scanning and file management, and coordinate courier services, all while contributing to the efficient running of our practices. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to be an integral part of a dedicated team, this is the role for you Essential Criteria Experience in clerical procedures Basic knowledge of clerical and administrative practices and procedures. A knowledge of and a willingness to work within the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector. A knowledge of and willingness to work within the OHSW&IM policies and procedures.
