About the Role

Reporting into the Events & Partnerships leadership team, you'll provide operational, administrative and delivery support across Kia's events and partnerships, helping bring our brand to life through best‐in‐class execution.

You'll work across brand experience delivery, budget and performance reporting, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement — supporting both day‐to‐day operations and strategic partnership outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Consumer Experience

* Support the delivery of memorable brand experiences across Kia's partnerships, events and activations.
* Assist with vehicle displays, product storytelling and customer engagement opportunities across sporting and event platforms.
* Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, PR and Digital teams to ensure partnership activity is aligned to broader campaigns and brand messaging.
* Budget, Reporting & Performance
* Assist in managing event and partnership budgets, tracking expenditure and ensuring activities are delivered within approved financial parameters.
* Monitor KPIs, fan engagement metrics and activation outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future optimisation.
* Support post‐event reporting, debriefs, partner performance reviews and ROI analysis.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

* Work closely with partnership rights holders, event organisers and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
* Manage suppliers and vendors, including briefing, timelines, contracts, invoicing and performance evaluation.
* Support senior stakeholders through presentations, partnership updates and executive‐level event requirements.

Administration & Operations

* Provide administrative and operational support to the Events & Partnerships team, including company reporting and vehicle logistics management.
* Maintain accurate documentation, schedules and processes to support smooth event execution.
* Stay informed on trends in sport, partnerships and experiential marketing across automotive and broader marketing industries.
* Identify opportunities to improve partnership effectiveness, fan engagement and operational efficiency.
* Contribute ideas for innovative activations that drive brand differentiation and business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

* Certificate or Diploma (minimum) in Events, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field (administrative or business qualifications also considered).
* 3–5 years' experience in events, sports or partnerships roles.
* Proven experience managing suppliers, agencies and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong planning, prioritisation and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
* High level of attention to detail and strong understanding of brand compliance in a marketing or partnerships environment.
* Well‐developed presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment.
