We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our national multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
* This is a diverse and rewarding role that will see you working with clients across personal injury and preventative health schemes, delivering high-quality exercise physiology services.
* You will be responsible for supporting clients to restore their physical and mental wellbeing, achieving functional goals, and returning to work or life following injury or illness.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Complete comprehensive assessments and deliver personalized, evidence-based exercise programs across various settings, including gyms, pools, homes, workplaces, and community environments.
* Apply sound clinical reasoning to develop, implement, and monitor client-centered plans tailored to their unique goals.
* Deliver services in line with the Clinical Framework for the Delivery of Health Services, focusing on evidence-based care and client outcomes.
* Identify and address physical, psychological, social, and environmental barriers to recovery, providing holistic strategies to support return to function and meaningful engagement in life.
* Collaborate with other health professionals, insurers, employers, and support networks to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.
What You Need
* Current membership with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* A strong sense of initiative, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

* SIRA Allied Health Practitioner number (an advantage, but not essential).
